First Deal New Customers Cost and Fees

1) For loan amounts under 1.2 million, there will be a 2% fee.

2) For over 1.2 million dollars, a 1% fee will be charged.

3) Consulting fee for organizing and creating proper financial structure and statements: we require a 50% upfront fee, and the other 50% will be paid at closing. You will not pay more than the standard fee.

4) Multiple deals and returning customers will always get a discounted rate

5) There is a $595 Document processing fee collected at closing.
